Guillermo advises domestic and international companies in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, medical, retail, consumer goods, logistics, and services on individual and collective labor law matters. His practice includes the implementation of labor strategies, collective bargaining, union relations, consultations and legitimizations, collective disputes, terminations, and organizational restructuring, as well as compliance with labor obligations. Additionally, he participates in designing and implementing strategies to address labor reforms and their operational and regulatory implications, as well as projects related to freedom of association and collective bargaining within the framework of Mexican legislation and Mexico's international commitments.

He is part of the firm's Labor Intelligence practice, developing data analysis tools and risk assessment models that allow companies to anticipate regulatory impacts and design more efficient operational and labor relations strategies.

Prior to joining De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, he served as a research assistant at ITAM on international trade law projects.
