Ricardo Martínez Rojas is a Founding Partner of De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., a firm specializing in labor and immigration matters and the Mexican representative of the international alliance L&E Global. He has over 40 years of experience and focuses his practice on resolving collective labor disputes, particularly in Labor Law and Social Security.

His experience includes strikes, collective bargaining agreement ownership, and corporate restructuring. Additionally, he has advised national and multinational companies on matters ranging from the incorporation and opening of new businesses to the hiring of expatriates, labor litigation, and high-level negotiations.
