Professional experience

Oscar de la Vega Gómez has over 40 years of experience advising multinational corporations on complex labor matters. Throughout his career, he has negotiated collective bargaining agreements with major automotive and auto parts manufacturers and has played a key role in matters related to the USMCA’s Rapid Response Labor Mechanism.

He is a Founding Partner of De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. and the exclusive representative in Mexico for the international alliance L&E Global, which strengthens his ability to handle cross-border labor matters with a strategic vision and consistency.

Education and training
  • Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
  • He holds postgraduate studies in Labor Law, Amparo Proceedings, and Economic and Corporate Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
