Enrique García Conde has extensive experience in individual and collective labor litigation, having led these practice areas in both the Mexico City and Monterrey offices. He has advised clients in sectors such as mining, metalworking, automotive, aviation, retail, and cross-border supply chains, primarily in the central and northern regions of the country.

Following the labor reform of May 2019, he has focused his practice on the resolution of collective and union disputes. Together with his partners at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., he has represented clients in high-profile matters, such as the restructuring of collective bargaining agreements for Aeroméxico pilots and flight attendants, the review of the Volkswagen collective bargaining agreement, and collective disputes for Panasonic Automotive Systems and Nacional Monte de Piedad, among others.

He currently advises and represents leading companies in the northern part of the country, including Grupo Industrial Saltillo, AutoZone, Xignux, Bydsa, Cemex, Mahle Components, and Draxton.
