Consulting attorney with extensive professional experience, currently collaborating with the firm De La Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. He previously served as Legal Vice President of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation for all of Latin America, a company from which he retired in 2010 after 25 years of service. He was Legal Director of the pharmaceutical company Syntex and worked as a trial attorney, primarily in collective labor law within the airline industry, starting in 1965.

Education and training
  • Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
  • Specialization in Economic and Corporate Law, Amparo, Tax, and Administrative Law from Universidad Panamericana.
  • AD-2 Diploma from IPADE.
  • Specialization in Comparative Law from Columbia University in New York.

  • Member of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE), where he served as president from 2000 to 2002.
  • Member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados), participating in the Labor Law Commission since 1984.
  • Professor of Collective Labor Law at the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the Ibero-American University, and the Anáhuac University North.
