Introduction

At DM Abogados, we understand social responsibility as part of our daily operations: in our relationship with our team, in the decisions we make, and in how we interact with clients, suppliers, and our community.

As a firm specializing in labor law, we believe that the principles we promote externally must also be reflected within our firm.

How we work

4 principles that are part of how we work

Our team
We aim to build a work environment based on respect, professional development, and responsible labor practices.
Ethics and responsibility
The way we do things matters. We strive to ensure that ethics are present in our decisions and the relationships we build.
Our environment
We understand that our activities also impact our clients, suppliers, partners, and the community we are a part of.
A more conscious operation
We seek to incorporate responsibility and sustainability criteria into the management of our firm and the use of our resources.

Social responsibility is not an isolated initiative. It is part of the decisions we make every day.

1.
What does it mean to be a Socially Responsible Company?
The Socially Responsible Company (ESR®) Distinction, granted by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), recognizes the practices that companies incorporate regarding social responsibility and sustainability.

For DM Abogados, being an ESR means bringing these principles into the firm's daily operations: how we work with our team, how we make decisions, and how we relate to those who are part of our environment.
2.
Social responsibility in our operations
Our vision of social responsibility stems from aspects that are directly part of the firm's life:

* The relationship and working conditions of our team.

* The professional development and growth of our collaborators.

* Conduct guided by ethical principles.

* A responsible relationship with clients and suppliers.

* Engagement with our community. The incorporation of sustainability criteria into our operations.

4 consecutive years with the ESR® Distinction
For the fourth consecutive year, DM Abogados has received the Socially Responsible Company (ESR) Distinction.

Rather than viewing it as an isolated recognition, for us, it represents the continuity of practices we strive to integrate into the firm's daily operations.

Four consecutive years of making social responsibility part of how we work.
4.
A responsibility built every day
Being a Socially Responsible Company means constantly reviewing how we work and where we can improve.

At DM Abogados, we seek to continue strengthening our internal practices and our relationship with the people and organizations that are part of our environment.

Social responsibility is not a goal achieved just once. It is a way of working that requires continuity.
